Dri Dri is bringing a new approach to gelato in London

We spent a great deal of time to create recipes that are consistent with the most refined artisanal Italian tradition as well as completely natural. We avoid emulsifiers and non-natural thickeners and we source ingredients with special care from trusted farmers and growers. As a result our gelato and sorbets are full in flavor with a creamy texture but light in fat.
